STOCK AVAILABILITY:  Please note the quantities for the products in this sale are limited and items may sell out.

PAYMENT PROCESSING:  All orders placed on our website are authorized right away and orders are charged on the date in which they are placed.  In the event the authorization of funds has expired we will contact you for the credit card information again.  

SHIPPING:  All shipments for this sale will be made via USPS ground shipping.   Upon completion of the processing of your order you will receive an email stating that your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for all shipping information to be updated by USPS after your initial ship notification is received.

RETURN POLICY:  Returns or exchanges of online purchases are accepted where the merchandise is in original condition and is received by us within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise that has been used or damaged cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Please include a copy of your order with your return.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

The item I want is sold out, how can I still purchase it?  We have done our best to be well-stocked for this sale, however in the event your style is sold out, we unfortunately do not take backorders.

I forgot to add something to my order; can LOLO do this for me? Due to our secure payment processing, LOLO does not have the ability to charge a customer's credit card, after an order has been placed. If you forgot to add something, please just place an additional order. If you order have not shipped you may be able to cancel the order by contacting us so that you can place a replacement that contains all the items.

I would like to cancel an order I just placed. What should I do? Due to our shipping processes, we can only cancel orders that are placed the same day. Please call 203-594-9700 or email sales@lolobag.com to cancel an order. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
